Of course, one of the first things us anglers check before the start of the trout season is our stock of dry flies. After a long winter of fishing with nymphs, we are all ready to cast some dry flies!
But, don’t be fooled! Hatches in the early few weeks can be sparse, so don’t pack away the nymphs just yet, you might still need them! We’ve popped some of our favourite early season nymphs below that we always have a few of in those early weeks!
