I tie the vast majority of my flies on Tiemco hooks because I've always found them incredibly reliable. They're consistently sharp, strong, and hold fish extremely well, giving me complete confidence every time I tie one on.
Some specialist hook patterns, such as Klinkhamer hooks, are often only available with a barb. That's never been an issue for me. Before the hook even makes it into my fly box, I simply pinch the barb down with a pair of forceps or pliers. It takes a couple of seconds and means I know every fly I'm carrying is ready to fish on any barbless-only water.
